Our new and exciting work to understand glycan mobility and organization in the cell glycocalyx using spin labeling technique is published in Chemical Science and now online, This article provides a proof-of-principle study to reveal mobility differences in various glycans and cell types, suggesting that a conjugation of MGE with EPR can be a powerful tool for the investigation of glycans on cells.
